Business Systems Consultant / Associate (Code#4010)


Looking for candidates who have primarily done over the phone support (not hands on support) for computers. Resource will be responsible for all ID processes, provide telephone support to customers, provide application support with some hardware support (no hands on). Some basic accounting would be a plus. • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing; • Ability to identify and resolve problems using research techniques; • Ability to retain composure in stressful situations; • Able to be courteous with strong customer service orientation; • Possesses a sense of urgency towards tasks; • Prefer to have knowledge of SharePoint; • Prefer to have knowledge of IBM Rational Jazz – CCM; • Have working knowledge of a Help Desk ticketing system; • Knowledge of Child Support applications, websites, and hardware is a preferred skill;
