Quality Assurance Engineer (Code #3004)

Duties and Responsibilities : • Testing of iOS and Android mobile applications, both manual testing and automation via Appium/Selenium. • Testing enterprise level -web-based, mobile and API software solutions to ensure quality and client satisfaction. • Developing automated test scripts to validate functional, technical, and performance requirements. • Working closely with the application architect to develop a solid testing solution, working towards the future state of the application architecture • Leading complex test automation efforts using Appium, Selenium(Web Driver & Grid for Parallel execution)and Java for large Agile software projects and identify innovative solutions to solve complex test problems • Building, deploying and testing automation tools like Ant, Maven, Hudson, Jenkins, Cruise Control, Junit, Test NJ, Selenium or similar tools. • Creating customized HTML reports • Hands on experience working in a fully agile environment, such as SCRUM, XP, Kanban, etc., preferably in a cross functional capacity, documents test results, and escalates problems. • Developing and implementing program test plans, quality assurance plans, programs, and procedures using the testing tools. • Experience in using mainstream software development tools / applications (Bitbucket, Jira, Git, etc.)


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • 2+ years of experience creating, maintaining, and executing automation tests utilizing tools such as Selenium, UFT/QTP • Skilled in the usage of an OOP language (C++, Java, Swift, etc.) • Experience in using version control systems (Git) • Experience creating and maintaining automation frameworks • Experience creating SQL scripts • Experience in Java Script, VBScript, VB or VC++ • Working knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases • Experience with change management and defect tracking tools • Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies as business needs demand. • Continuous integration build systems and automated testing (Selenium) • Experience with modern development tools (Eclipse) and collaboration technology (version-control systems) • Ability to and instruct and educate others on developing applicable test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts PRIOR EXPERIENCE: • Minimum of three (3) years of experience is preferred • Healthcare domain experience is preferred • Bachelor's degree (or the equivalent) in Computer, Business, Engineering or a closely related field
