Quality Analyst (Code #3002)

Duties and Responsibilities : • Perform Impact Analysis on the enhancement to the existing application as per client request. • Business Requirements gathering, Design, Business process flows, Business process modeling, Analysis, and Documentation using Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies in implementing AX and Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 • Analyze the requirements of work request and providing an estimate for the same. • Perform Design, Coding, documentation of test scripts and plans. • Perform Testing using SOAP UI for SOAP Web services Functional testing, REST API functional testing, WSDL coverage, message assertion testing and refactoring. • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics Application with specific industries with using C# • Identify and document gaps between standard AX/CRM processes and client's business processes • Involve in testing backend database by writing SQL queries • Perform unit testing/system Integration testing/Performance testing. • Use RQM (Rational Quality Manager) for test planning, test construction and test management during the testing cycle. • Use the JAZZ- Bug tracking tools to login and track the defect progress for successfully closing the defects. • Involve in smoke testing, Regression testing, and User Acceptance testing. Prepare User Manual and end user training. • Provide post implementation support. • Update, repair, modify and expand existing MS Dynamics AX/CRM Applications as well as run tests to authenticate that the instructions are correct and the application will produce the desired outcome. (Testing and Debugging)

Requires 1-3 years experience and a BA or BS in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Engineering or other related field.
