Business Analyst (Code #300)

• Acts as a liaison between leadership/business teams and engineering teams and oversee logistic function and cross corroborating between groups; • Understand and develop customer and supplier relationships; • Prepares technical reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; • Recommends controls by identifying problems and writing improved procedures; • Forecasts and develops operational targets; • Tracks project issues, concerns, deliverables, and acceptance criteria; • Gathers Information Technology project requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis, and task/workflow analysis; • Critically evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from underlying true needs; • Proactively communicates and collaborates with customers and developers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed; • Document requirements, define scope and objectives as a result of interaction with business owners and technical teams; • Utilizes knowledge of company technology and business processes to identify opportunities to further leverage the technology within the business; • Owns the business requirements and verification process; • Manages the change control process for assigned projects; and • Reviews requirements, specifications, test documentation, implementation, support, training and maintenance plans to ensure they are in line with business objectives.


Requirement : • minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in related field
